I was able to attend the Digging In Virginia 46 metal detecting event at the winter Civil War Camp Cole's Hill in Culpeper, VA. 🏴󠁺󠁡󠁦󠁳󠁿 GOLD Find of a Lifetime ➡️ <a href="https://youtu.be/wT4nF3XBhpE" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">https://youtu.be/wT4nF3XBhpE</a> It was three days of metal detecting in the red dirt with some great people as we searched for huts and relics left behind by the soldiers that were once camped there over 150 years ago. We were able to come up with some awesome finds, some cool discoveries, and even better memories. I was able to hang out with Matt from the Gone Diggin YouTube channel and all his digging partners for the weekend which was the real treasure. Thanks fellas for an awesome few days of hunting. I was swinging the Minelab GPX 4800 for the first time, compliments of Jeff Lubbert, who had lent me his PI machine to allow me to get deep and see through all that mineralized soil out there.
