But if you ask any of the athletes how it should be done, they'll tell you it's THEIR job to adapt to the workouts. Not the other way around. <br /><br />Xabier Osa Mendes told us:<br /><br />"I want to have a good test. I want to show the world what adaptive athletes can actually do. I don't want to settle. I don't want to scale.
