Let me just make that statement : it is highly childish, beside the point and rather laughable even, to continue considering the "Right of Copy" on a planet which is now run by billions of computers whose job it is, precisely, to copy each other constantly and daily ! So you might just want to think again here looks like... <br /><br />This channel is unapologetically presenting the Beatles' complete British and American original discographies, along with outstanding and/or significant Beatles foreign pressings or compilations, from my personal mint-condition Beatles' original vinyl collection assembled in the '60s and '70s. Each album has been carefully preserved over the decades and meticulously transferred onto video using state-of-the-art analog-to-digital transfer methods, equipment, and expertise (as opposed to those vulgar little apps everyone's using these days).<br /><br />I am using a specially customized chain of proceedings, involving mint-condition vintage records to start off with, played on a good old wooden 1970s Pioneer Hi-Fi vinyl record player with its pristine Shure cartridge. The signal is then sent through a vintage TEAC M35 8-channel analog mixing console, unusually and facetiously augmented by a customized valve EQ unit coupled with an ancient genuine valve compressor. This setup replicates as closely as it can those original "Hi-Fi" but often somewhat "compressed" and AM-radio-esque sounding sound systems most kids, teenagers, and people in the '60s and '70s experienced the Beatles on every day, either at home or in any home they were staying at for that matter!<br /><br />The signal out of the TEAC desk is then fed into our trusty Pro Tools for the final digital audio file conversion. The Beatles' obvious musical, cultural, and political relevance, as well as their historical significance in the Western world (at least), should by now allow their whole body of work to become a sort of "public property" kind of thing! Don't you think? Like say, Venice or the Pyramids or the South of France, the Beatles should be considered "World Heritage" by now and should legally belong to everyone and to humanity as a whole! Or to no one in particular, you see what I mean? Well, you may say I'm a dreamer on that one, I suppose.<br /><br />In any case, the Beatles do belong to EVERYONE; it's a fact! The sound of their music, the sight of their image, the magic of their power should be considered a sort of "public service" for the world! Hence, the existence of this free and non-commercial channel you see!
