Mae Govannen my Elven Sisters and Brothers. Today is episode two of our new series called Elven Healing where we will try and cover new ways of healing yourself through Elven medicine at home. Each week we will cover in detail a different herb used in Elven medicine or other protocols such as Reiki, reflexology, etc.<br /><br />This episode is about the sacred herb called Plantain, a common plant found in most folks front yards. I will discuss some it’s amazing properties at healing wounds, snake and spider bites as well as a multitude of other common emergencies and health issues. I will detail how you can use it for yourself or family and friends.<br /><br />Each of these methods I have used as a doctor in my medical practice and have seen amazing results. These videos are meant for educational purposes only, teaching you of ways to employ natural methods of healing.
