The Cow Jumped Over The Moon is an original Banjo instrumental that came about very fast. From The time it took to walk from the coffee pot back to the couch the whole tune was written in my head. I then figured out where the notes should be on the banjo which took about a minute and a half. I practiced it all day, got it down good and recorded it the next day. Very strange how it all came so fast like that. Anyways I couldnt think of a name. The tune is sort of sad and sort of hopeful, it kept reminding me of the coroner virus and what everyone is going through right now, and also it reminded me of a cow jumping over the moon trying to escape the slaughter house and then realized the two or similar so that`s why this name stuck. My Cat Willow walked out about 39% into the video which is coincidentally about the same retention rate as my subscribers! Standard G tuning for the banjo only much lower.
