In this short video, I am going to explain to you why masterminds are the best thing you can do for your business and your life. Let's get started right now.<br /><br />So I've been running Mastermind since 2015 and I can tell you right now it's the best thing I've done for my business and my life and the reason is is because when you spend time with people that are at or above your level, okay? When you spend time with like-minded people, positive people, on a regular ongoing basis, you automatically will take your business to the next level, okay?<br /><br />So here's a quote I'm going to pull up right here. This is by Jim Roan, the famous author success guy, and he's saying, "You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with." And I can tell you that that is 100% true since I've been running these masterminds, okay?<br /><br />We get together every week and we lift each other up. There's a piece that's all about gratitude, we have workshops, we have 30 day challenges. I will get into the details on all these different types of meetings that we run in further videos that I'm going to be making after this. So there is this type of a mastermind out there that people have been promoting where you go off somewhere and you meet with a group of people and they bring in speakers and they have like little workshops and stuff like that and that's great, and then they charge you anywhere from five to a hundred thousand dollars to go to these high level masterminds.<br /><br />That's great. Those things are great, but what those are they're not real masterminds, okay? Those are high paid ... Those are very expensive conferences. That's all they are and they call them masterminds because that's kind of a buzzword right now, but a real mastermind is where people get together and they talk about the issues that they're having in their businesses, in their lives, they take their masks off and they get real with each other. They get vulnerable so that they can have these breakthroughs.<br /><br />One of the most powerful parts of the mastermind are our hot seat meetings. This is where one person gets to spend anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes and everybody in the group will brainstorm and help this person have that breakthrough, okay? They'll share resources, they'll share ideas, experiences. It's amazing what happens when you experience one of these hot seats. You won't find it anywhere else. You won't find it in books, courses, nothing like this. What I do is to help small and medium sized businesses get what they want out of the business. I teach them a system. I didn't invent it but I teach it and it helps them to really run their business well, figure out what it is that they really want out of their business.<br /><br />I get a lot out of Mastermind.
