Hey guys! It's been almost 2 years since Ingrid and I have gone seen a movie and the theaters so, to treat ourselves this Labor Day weekend, we chose to see TWO of them! The first one is Free Guy!<br /><br /><br />And...we very much loved it! 9.5/10! What we liked best about this movie is that the story has FAR more depth than you would think! It's not just about an NPC that starts to break away from his code. The WHY'S he does it are far more interesting!<br /><br /><br />We've got corporate shenanigans, advanced AI's that lead to becoming ACTUAL AI, questionable video game marketing decisions, etc etc. And that's just the explanation to WHY Guy (Ryan Reynolds) is such a great character!<br /><br /><br />The rest of the cast is great too<br /><br /><br />Jodie Comer as Millie Rusk aka Molotov Girl (Her in game avatar), Joe Keery as Walter "Keys" McKeys (he and Millie co-created a game together that leads to Free City which Guy inhabits), Lil Rel Howery as Buddy, an NPC cop that's Guy's best friend, Utkarsh Ambudkar as Mouser, Keys co-worker and best bro, and the ever talented Taika Waititi as Antwan the quirky but still nasty piece of work corporate millennial billionaire who is the main antagonist of the movie!<br /><br /><br />Ingrid and I go over a lot of the movie in our video but you all should still check it out!<br />...<br /><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j04mwH5gpVM" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j04mwH5gpVM</a>
