In this episode I talk about crossing the Panamanian border in pouring rain, soaked to the bone, via a slippery old train bridge with loose floor boards. You'll hear about Changuinola, a busy border town, where I spent a night. Then I take you to Bocas del Toro via speedboat taxi from Almirante. I find my beach paradise, meet another cyclist and decide to camp in my tent, but wake up wet in the middle of the night because of rain. Finally I get sick, maybe from food poisoning or perhaps dengue?
