All three suspects between the aged of 28 and 32 were apprehended. They're expected to be charged in terms of the Explosives Act and will appear in court in due course."<br /><br />Meanwhile, the furniture delivery vehicle was escorted out of the area by the police members.<br /><br />Potelwa said that integrated police contingents comprising SAPS members, the city's law enforcement officials and traffic services would continue to maintain a strong presence at identified hotspots while a two-day taxi strike was being monitored.<br /><br /><br />And... <br /><br />CAPE TOWN - Janusz Walus has been stabbed in prison.<br /><br />The Correctional Services Department said that he was in a stable condition.<br /><br />The attorney for Janusz Walus who assassinated South African Communist Party leader Chris Hani said on Tuesday his client was set to be released on Thursday.<br /><br />While the fellow inmate said Walus was "probably" on his way to the bathroom when the incident happened, but the correctional services department later said he was waiting in a queue for food at the time."<br /><br />The prisoner said Walus was attacked with what looked like a "huge homemade knife... made out of steel".<br /><br />The prisoner said:<br /><br />Janusz was just walking when the guy jumped on him. Janusz tried to fight back, he is fit, he gyms every day. The attacker was taken away by prison warders, nobody hurt him. There was a lot of blood, but Janusz will survive. He stabbed him in the stomach only. It was only one guy who attacked him, nobody else joined in. We were all shocked, it was definitely not a gang-related incident.<br /><br /><br />The witness said the inmate who stabbed Walus was a "staunch ANC supporter" and that the incident was "politically motivated".<br /><br />He believed the inmate acted on his own and that the "leadership" was shocked because no one instructed him to stab Walus.<br /><br />"We plan this kind of stuff and give the right.
