The Philadelphia Police Department Homicide Unit is looking to identify the suspects, depicted in the following surveillance video excerpts, as part of an ongoing investigation into a double shooting, which occurred on Wednesday, March 27th, 2024, at about 6:37 PM, in the unit block of E. Wister Street. A 16-year-old male victim was shot and killed during the incident, and a 17-year-old male victim was shot and seriously injured. The two male suspects, that are observed in the surveillance video footage, are described as Black males, that appear to be in their early to mid to late teens. Both suspects were observed fleeing on foot, turning southbound on Wakefield Street, and then eastbound on E. Garfield Street.<br /><br />Suspect Description:<br />Suspect #1: is believed to be about 5'3" to 5'6" tall, medium built, while.<br />Suspect #2: is much taller, believed to be about 5'10" to 6'1" tall, and heavier.
