花椰菜米 素食料理 |Cauliflower Rice Vegan Recipes<br />美国歐洲為之瘋狂的低醣飲食<br />今天來跟大家分享如何在家自己做<br />有飯的飽足感,又不怕會變胖 而且很好吃<br /><br />食材:<br />1. 白花椰菜一顆<br />2. 四季豆10支:100克<br />3. 杏鮑菇2條:150克<br />4. 紅蘿蔔1小條:50克<br />5. 小黃瓜1條:110克<br />6. 紅彩椒半朵:75克<br />7. OMN! PORK新豬肉1包:230克<br />8. 木棉油豆腐:380克<br />9. 沙茶醬一大匙<br />10. 鹽ㄧ小匙<br />11. 醬油一大匙<br />Ingredients:<br />1. a white cauliflower<br />2. green beans: 100 g<br />3. Pleurotus eryngii: 2 pieces 150g<br />4. carrot: 50 g<br />5. gherkin: 110g<br />6. Half a red bell pepper: 75 g<br />7. OMN! PORK new pork: 1 bag 230g<br />8. kapok oil tofu: 380g<br />9. satay sauce: 1 tablespoon<br />10. salt: 1t<br />11. soy sauce: 1T<br /><br />新豬肉油豆腐作法:n<br />1. OMN! PORK新豬肉解凍。<br />2. 木棉油豆腐每塊切成8個大丁。<br />3. 加酪梨油1大匙入炒鍋、中火加熱。<br />4. 倒入1包OMN!新豬肉,將大塊撥散開來翻炒。<br />5. 加木棉油豆腐大丁,跟新豬肉混炒(中火約2分鐘)。<br />6. 加素沙茶醬1大匙續炒。<br />7. 加清醬油1大匙續炒香。<br />8. OMN! PORK已有調鹽、切記不能再放鹽。(依個人喜好-減醬油量)<br />9. 加鍋蓋燜燒約2~3分鐘。<br />10. 起鍋裝盤。<br />Omn!pork oil tofu dish:<br />1. Defroze OMN! PORK.<br />2. Cut each piece of kapok oil tofu into 8 large cubes.<br />3. Add 1 tablespoon of avocado oil to the wok and heat over medium heat.<br />4. Pour in 1 packet of OMN! pork, stir the large pieces and stir-fry.<br />5. Add kapok oil tofu diced, stir fry with new pork (about 2 minutes over medium heat).<br />6. Add 1 tablespoon of satay sauce and continue to fry.<br />7. Add 1 tablespoon of clear soy sauce and continue to saute.<br />8. OMN! PORK already has salt in it already, please remember not to add any more salt. <br />(add or reduce the amount of soy sauce according to personal flavor)<br />9. Add the lid and wait for about 2 ~ 3 minutes.<br />10. Remove from the pan.<br /><br />花椰菜米作法:<br />1. 白花椰先取末端的小花。梗部切碎(似飯粒大)。<br />2. 其他配料切好丁。<br />3. 酪梨油1大匙入炒鍋,中火加熱。<br />4. 入杏鮑菇,炒至半熟。(杏鮑菇會出些水)<br />5. 加四季豆&紅蘿蔔,續炒至七八分熟。<br />6. 加小黃瓜&紅彩椒,續炒約2~3分鐘。<br />7. 加1小匙鹽拌炒。<br />8. 將白花椰菜米放入鍋續炒。<br />9. 起鍋裝盤。<br />Cauliflower rice dish:<br />1. Take the white cauliflower’s flower off from the end. The stalk is chopped (like rice).<br />2. Dice other ingredients.<br />3. Put 1 tablespoon of avocado oil in a wok and heat over medium heat.<br />4. Add Pleurotus eryngii and saute until half-cooked. (Pleurotus eryngii will have some water out)<br />5. Add string beans & carrots and continue to fry until they are well-cooked.<br />6.
