In case you've missed me telling you about this...<br /><br />Up until age 50 I was highly allergic to all types of seafood. Hospitalised twice! Once when sweet and sour chicken was ordered and it arrived and on eating I realised they'd made a mistake and given me prawns (the dish is covered in tempura style so I could not see this)<br />Another time is was a meat cake that did not mention fish as part of the ingredients.<br /><br />This was before I learned about low-carb, then keto and now carnivore.<br />So many things have changed.
