The Supreme Court, keeping up with their standard agenda of doing sweet nothing, passed on hearing a case that challenges California's "Winner Take-All" approach to the Electoral College. Could the Lawsuit have been poorly worded? Possibly. Is it the correct forum to seek relief when it comes to this issue? Perhaps not. All that said, said lawsuit looks to address the issue of California being ruled by the Tyranny of Los Angeles and San Francisco, leaving much of the state powerless in the eyes of Republicans.
