Cordoba is a large city in the South of Spain. Without tourists it has been severely effected. High unemployment, business closure and desolate streets have become the norm here. I passed by tons of shops with for sale or for rent signs in their windows. In the tourist zone near the Mosque (Mesquita) it looks absolutely lifeless. If you have visited this city in the past, it would look almost unrecognizable in it's current state.
