Hoy te ofrezco la receta de unos espaguetis con langostinos y calabacínes que te encantará. Pasta con langostinos y verdura con un toque muy rico de limón y un poco picante del chile fresco.<br /><br />Una receta de pasta deliciosa y fácil de hacer que gustará a toda la familia. Si van a comer niños quita el chile fresco y quedarán igual de ricos.<br /><br />Comenzaremos cociendo los espaguetis según nos marque el fabricante. Escúrrelos bien una vez cocidos.<br /><br />Mientras se hacen los espaguetis ponemos en una cazuela el aceite, añadimos los langostinos pelados, los ajos majados, la ralladura de limón, el chile picado fino y un poco de sal. Mezclamos hasta que cojan color los langostinos.<br /><br />Añadimos el calabacín rallado y la mantequilla. Mezclamos medio minuto, ponemos otra pizca de sal para el calabacín y añadimos la pasta.<br /><br />Mezclamos todo bien hasta que se integren y calienten los espaguetis.
