Jeremy's parents bought him a Relax Far Infrared Sauna. They use it all the time. He is a track runner and uses the sauna before an ice bath to soothe his muscles. We have had another runner tell us that it has helped her prevent muscle soreness by warming up first in the Relax Sauna. <br /><br /><br /><br />Phillip - Jeremy, you and your parents got a Relax Sauna from us last year and you were raving about it. First of all, tell us what your mom said. Does your mom use it all the time? <br /><br />Jeremy - She probably uses it a couple times a week, if not a couple times a day. I use it all the time throughout track season. It helps me relax and wind down. I’ll take it right before I take an ice bath. I kind of go from a nice relaxing warmth to the cold. My muscles just, like, love it.<br /><br />Phillip - Does your track coach wonder why you do so well?<br /><br />Jeremy - He did ask me because he saw an improvement once I started using it and he asked me if I was doing exercise. And, I said I’m not changing anything except for using this little personal sauna that we got. And, not much else. It’s great.<br /><br />Phillip - We’ve been going to strength and conditioning shows. We’ve got some major league baseball teams using the Relax Sauna. You might want to tell your coach that he might want to get one for the team.<br /><br />Jeremy - Definitely. That would actually be pretty cool if we could have them at meets for before and after events.<br /><br />Phillip - Yeah. Do you use them after your workout?<br /><br />Jeremy - Yes.<br /><br />Phillip - And, what does it do? <br /><br />Jeremy - It helps me, like, cool down almost. I say that in a metaphorical sense. I go from being all tired and stressed, like tense, to more relaxed and free.<br /><br />Phillip - So, if someone took your sauna away what would you be like?<br /><br />Jeremy - Very mad at them for doing that! I would miss it a lot.<br /><br />Phillip - So, it’s one of the best inventions your parents have made in your athletic career, huh?<br /><br />Jeremy - Definitely. That’s true.
