Here is my response to his response... Varis Ahmed continues along the lines of stating frankly vacuous and destitute opinions without a scrap of evidentiary, scientific, or even common-sense. Basically, Varis further embarrasses himself, and points even more clearly to his incompetence, his Dunning Kruger, and his frankly stunning arrogance. Varis Ahmed claims that no human population has ever cooked all their meat (which he fails to establish as a fact, and so what anyway), that cooking meat somehow renders it unfit if we don't also eat at least some raw (which is demonstrably false), that cooked meat will somehow 'dry up our organs' (which is also demonstrably false), and that nutrition advice should be sought from those who are totally unqualified, and totally unfit to render such advice. Its laughable from start to finish...
