It's time for some uncomfortable conversation that DigiByteCoin on Twitter has forced upon us. Who decides what's "Official" and what's not?<br />Who decides what will or will not be discussed?<br />And where it's discussed?<br />What options do we have if those people are stalling while there are known security issues that should be addressed? And major bugs that need fixing?<br /><br />We need to rebase, and bring only the essential "DigiByte" code, to put it on top of Bitcoin Core.
