One of the most common comments and messages I get goes something like this "I top frag every game but I can't rank up, my team is always bad." and I know how frustrating it can be to feel that way. Trust me, I've experienced it. My solution to this problem is usually that you'll always come with bad teammates so instead of focusing on the team, you should focus on improving as a player which will eventually lead to you ranking up no matter how bad your team is. However, there are some things to keep in mind when you have a bad team or teammate that'll make it easier to deal with them.
