Anyone who has done it properly or has had a chi gong healing and has felt even subtle energies knows it’s power in at least creating balance emotionally. If not, I am interested in reaching those who may be interested in work such as this to further their studies, but not to explain myself or the complexities of how chi gong or movement of chi works to those only interested in arguing their point. Nor am I interested in debating energy healing, kinesiology, muscle testing, string theory or Dr. Emoto’s work. If it doesn’t resonate with you, then it is not for you. We do not all have to agree on these concepts thousands of years old and there are no judgments either way. There is a lot of information on chi gong out there as well as many teachers that can help if you are actually open-minded.<br /><br />Think of your lunch like a mini-vacation during your day. – have you ever had a great vacation and looked back later and thought you didn’t even enjoy it because you were stressed and not appreciating the moment?
