I grew up with this game when it was released back in 2000, I loved the movie, (still do) and when I knew there was a game about the movie I was just so happy. Looking at it today this game is filled with glitches, unfair sections, difficult jumping platforms, tons of frame drops, traps that kills you in one hit, and so on. I truly believe that if the game was polished a bit more it would of been a good game, but as of now, I'd say it's a mediocre game, but sort of good at the same time. How do we call this, bittersweet? Like you know the game is bad, but you can't help but liking it. Some of the sections in this game feels like a survival horror. I freaking love the music, even though I know it comes from the movie, but it helps to make the game more fun and better, especially when there's a lot of actions where you shoot mummies with your shotgun or the machine gun.<br /><br />I played this on the RetroArch, if anyone is looking to do the achievements, one tip I can give to you is if you are breaking stuff, be quick to collect the items, because they disappear and I found out while I was recording this. I tried to do a 100% run, but sometimes the items were missing, and the only way is to restart back by dying. I'd say I did 95% completed so I think this playthrough should help quite a bit.<br /><br />I rarely upload those kinds of games, it was a way for me to relieve those memories, and I'm sure some will thank me for putting this on Odysee/LBRY.
