In the end of the military mission to evacuate American citizens, third-country nationals, and vulnerable afghans. The last c-17 lifted off from Hamad Karzai international airport on August 30th this afternoon at 3:29 pm east coast time and the last manned aircraft is now clearing the airspace above Afghanistan.<br /><br />SS: And so it ends, the 20-year war I guess shy of a couple months a month and a half or so and I mean it's there's going to be a lot of there's you know there's a lot of talk on right-wing radio and right-wing media focusing on the deaths of the 13 marines who got blown up in a suicide bombing attack outside of the Kabul airport.
