#officerinvolvedshooting #RaleighPoliceDepartment<br /><br />RALEIGH, N.C. --- The Raleigh Police Department released dash cam and body camera footage of an officer involved shooting that occurred on March 10-2020 on of 26-year-old Javier Torres on North Rogers Lane.<br /><br />That night, protesters gathered on Fayetteville Street, chanting "RPD is the KKK" and "Whose streets? Our streets."No justice, no peace." <br /><br />They marched to the governor's mansion, took flags off the flag poles and burned them<br /><br />orres was taken to WakeMed where he was reported to be in stable condition.
