Episode Four is brief update to show spray paint guitar body with cheap Rust-Oleum ultra-flat army green paint and Rust-Oleum polyurethane aerosol can clear coat. This guitar was supposed to be just very quick, very cheap, for fun. So, I skipped step of using sanding sealer on body. This was a bad mistake. This wood soaked up a lot of paint, and I didn't want to spend lots of time sanding before clear coat. So, final result is many flaws in the finish. But, as you may see in future episodes, I eventually took some time to actually level sand and buff finish to smooth gloss...something I originally did not plan to do. (I just wanted to spray paint...then assemble guitar. Least time, least money. This plan always fails, as you may know for yourself.)<br /><br />I was, however, very impressed with this Rust-Oleum Polyurethane clear spray. It seems impossible to make it run. If you do cause run, it may level itself out, like under control of some magic witch. It dries so fast, you can repeatedly apply as many coats as you want. I sprayed almost two cans on this body in one day, attempting to cover paint mistakes. It applied very thick, which allowed me to level sand (next episode) and polish very smooth with automobile buffer/cutting compounds. It may take 3 years to cure, however, if it ever does at all.<br /><br />Thanks for watching video!
