My contribution to the ExJW community is showing that it's OK to not be perfect. Jesus already did ALL the work...and now I can start picking up my Humpty Dumpty self...including my #mentalhealth in God's GRACE. Growing up #jehovahswitness is not healthy for children. Being taught to judge others, fear being destroyed at Armageddon, reject one's passions and interests, refuse higher education, and even take care of your physical body like doing sports. The list goes on and on. But that was the past...this is today and I'm still learning about my own mental health and making better choices and getting help from others. <br /><br />What do you do for your mental health?
