Up With Women is a growing registered charity dedicated to helping recently homeless and at-risk women to build sustainable, prosperous careers and businesses with the aim of permanently exiting poverty. Adama has been working in the International Cooperation and non-profit sectors while working for various NGOs. She's an expert in digital fundraising, having evolved working with a variety of organizations in France and the United States. Adama is currently responsible for fundraising at Santé-Monde (CCISD) and is a project manager in fundraising development at the Maison Parent-Roback. For many years Adama has advocated for the rights of both francophone and anglophone women before establishing herself in Canada. She is now focusing her attention on the fight against violence. <br /><br />Adama N'Diaye, administratrice Diplômée de La Sorbonne Paris IV et détentrice d’un master spécialisé en Développement International de l’ESCG Paris, Adama N’Diaye suit également un cursus en Sciences Islamiques, arabe littéraire et art de la psalmodie. Elle exerce depuis bientôt 10 ans dans le domaine de la Coopération Internationale et de la philanthropie au service d’organisations non gouvernementales. Experte en récolte de fonds digitale, sa carrière évolue grâce à des postes à responsabilité au sein d’organisations très variées notamment en France et aux États-Unis. Adama est actuellement responsable de la philanthropie au Centre de Coopération Internationale en Santé et Développement (CCISD) et chargée de projet en développement philanthropique à la Maison Parent-Roback.
