Something that's been in the back of my mind for a few years now. Addiction to technology has been normalized. How many hours per day do we spend in front of screens? How many days in a year? How many years in a life time?<br />The content we watch is not the only thing distracting us, the technology, purposefully designed to be addictive is a weapon used against us. Television in the past stayed at home, while children would play outside until sunset. Now we see empty playgrounds, children and even babies already addicted to phones, pads and other "smart" devices.
