If you like salted egg yolks too, you must to try this recipe.<br /><br />:Recipe:<br /><br />Ingredient▼<br /><br />tapioca flour, 80 g<br />bread flour, 20 g<br />unsalted butter, 20 g<br />milk, 100 g<br />eggs, 1~2 ct<br />sugar, 15 g<br />salt, 1/4 tsp<br />salted egg yolks, 3 ct<br />michiu, 1 tsp<br /><br />:Instruction:<br /><br />●Baking the Salted Egg Yolk<br />●Preheating the Oven to 300℉ (150℃)<br />1. Place a baking paper on the baking pan and then place the salted egg yolks.<br />2. Brush some michiu on the surface of the salted egg yolks.<br />3. Bake for about 10 min until the egg yolks bubbling.<br /><br />●Making Preparations<br />1. Put a sieve on a small bowl and add flour. <br />2. Sift the flour and set aside.<br />3. Crack 2 eggs in a small bowl and beat them well then set aside.<br /> <br />●Making the Batter<br />1. In a saucepan, add butter, sugar and salt.<br />2. Add milk.<br />3. Over a medium heat, stir the mixture until butter melted.<br />4. Cook until the mixture bubbling then add all flour immediately.<br />6. Stir the mixture well quickly and then leave the heat.<br />7. Add tapioca flour.<br />8. Stir the mixture until the flour is absorbed completely.<br />9. Add a little amount of the egg at a time.<br />10. Don't need to add all eggs.<br />11. The batter should look like a V when falling.<br />12. Take out the baked salted egg yolks and crush them finely.<br />13. Add the minced salted egg yolk into the batter.<br />14. Mix the batter well.<br /><br />●Preheating the Oven to 350℉ (180℃)<br />1. Place a baking paper on the baking sheet.<br />2. Scoop the batter on the baking sheet.<br />3. Bake the mochi ball at 350℉ (180℃) for 25 min or until the shell becomes solid.<br />4.
