He "stood in the office of the prophet of God," supposedly, and he even blew, "the wind of God" onto the virus, whatever that is! No prophet in the actual Bible has ever blown the "wind of God" at a virus or disease. Kenneth Copeland writes his own rules, and preaches whatever he feels like.
