Recently, the estates of Stan Lee, Steve Ditko, and Gene Colan have all filed Copyright Termination Notices to Marvel to reclaim some of the rights to their characters. These characters include Iron Man, Spider-Man, Dr. Strange, Ant Man, Hawkeye, Black Widow, Thor, among others. <br /><br />This is not the first time in recent memory that Marvel has faced a Copyright Termination.
