Adam remains on a Section 2, MHA, for 24 hr assessment, despite it having expired on 01 March 2018.<br /><br />Although the 3 Judges Ordered Adam's immediate release, the NHS Trust pretended there was no bed available on a normal ward to discharge him from.<br /><br />Sabine McNeill was wrongly advised to plead guilty to a breach of a fraudulent Restraining Order issued by Judge Worsley on 18 July 2016, in contempt of the Jury, after sending the Jury Home in a "No Case To Answer" and before the trial reached half-time - which means the Defendants, Neelu Berry & Sabine McNeill had not had the opportunity to put in their evidence of "No Jurisdiction Plea" on "Corruption Claim filed in the High Court".
