On Saturday, February 16th, the Yellow Vest movement's 14th weekend of protest came to a climax during a violent face-off between police and protesters at Les Invalides. <br /><br />The Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights, Dunja Mijatović, released a memo Tuesday asking the French authorities to "show more respect for human rights" at the Yellow Vest Protests. <br /><br />12,122 rubber bullets, 1428 tear gas grenades and 4,942 sting grenades were reportedly fired by Acte 12.
