This is Jack-2, an upgraded version of the original Jack.<br /><br />If you are wondering, Jack was created by the Russian government as a means of stopping the Mishima Zaibatsu. But after it failed in the first tournament, the government decided to upgrade it. But something went wrong. It deviated from it's programming after it rescued a girl named Jane. The military are after both Jack-2 and Jane while Jack-2 wants to find Dr. Boskonovitch so that he can become human.<br /><br />Sadly it doesn't survive after his ending and the girl he saved was traumatized. This would set up the eventual creation of Gun-Jack and his later upgraded versions.
