Sprints? What are they? What do they do?<br /><br />Sprints are mainly used my development teams in a methodology called Agile. Sprints are a time box alloted to development teams where they are given a certain number of tasks and they have 1, 2, 3, 4 weeks to complete the tasks given and process for review. <br /><br />Now - This process for dev teams can be easily turned around and used for personal goals. Whether you're trying to learnt o code, plan your wedding and many more you can take the concept of a Sprint and tweak to make it your own. <br /><br />In this video, I'll show you how I use Trello to run my personal 1 week sprints to reach my weekly goals I set.
