Today I take a ride to a local Raleigh HamFest known as the AB4OZ hamfest. I would really call this a swapfest as there was no fees at all to enter or sell. I head off there to see what is happening. I have never been to this one before and was an ok turnout, usually a lot more people. I got to look inside the Jars (Johnson County Amateur Radio Club) Emergency Communications vehicle.<br />A Giant Hamfest is coming to Shelby NC.
