A week after the brutal cold snap that we had and with a few days of 60 degree weather there is still ice on the river. Video begins just north of Elsah Illinois and continues past Portage and Alton . Recorded from 4 different locations. I threw in some extra on the end of lock and dam 26 and some un edited stuff from a demolished power plant. Real audio isn't the best but it is there along with ambient music.
