John Sonmez from Bulldog Mindset Here, where I teach you how to go from the Victim Mindset to the Bulldog Mindset.<br /><br /> You heard me many times saying that I bought my first propriety at 19 and today it's time I tell you about how I bought my first house at 19, how I did it, and the lessons I learned from it.<br /><br /> At the age of 19, after spending like 1 year in college I got a job at HP that was paying decently, about 25 dollars per hour which gave me a huge advantage over a lot of guys my age who weren't even pulling 10 dollars per hour.<br /><br /> Anyways after leaving college I had a few things on my mind, I saw renting as a dead end, thinking that all I will be doing is throwing money at the end of every months, money that I can't get back, and also I wanted to party.<br /><br /> So I thought to myself if I buy a house that I can finance through a 30 years mortgage plan, then not only do I own the house but also I can sell it or rent it if I wanted to!<br /><br /> For me at the age of 19, that was ideal.<br /><br /> The only problem was that I didn't have enough money saved up, and no credit score.<br /><br /> So I ended up going through some crazy events and deals in order to get the mortgage, a real estate agent and a house that I can pay for!<br /><br /> When I think about how I bought my first house at the age of 19 it was a huge learning experience for me.
