At the MRSP of around €37 this is pretty much unbeatable value and cooling performance.<br /><br />Massive twin tower 7 heat pipe cooler with dual 120mm GELID Phantom fans with RPM of between 750-1600 although my ASUS motherboard detected ranges much lower and even supported a zero RPM quiet mode.<br />The fans are pretty much silent in operation and up to around 1400 are not heard. At the full 1600RPM the fans are moving so much air that it is impossible not to notice it.<br /><br />If further testing with my R5 3600 CPU i had idle temps of around 30c and highs just under 60c in a 24c ambient room. This beat the Noctua NH-U12S by around 6c on the upper end and equalled it on idle temps.
