"I usually like to combine piano compositions with slow beats and atmospheric field recordings and synthezisers. On this album I collaborated with lots of musicians and tried to incorporate more live instrumentation like violin, cello, acoustic and electric guitar, saxophon and sitar. My main influences are musicians like Clint Mansell, Massive Attack, Philip Glass, Debussy, Flying Lotus and Boards of Canada. <br /><br />The track that I want to share with you is called "Der Lebensbaum". It started with me improvising on my Korg MS-20 in a arabian-scale. It then took a whole year to finish.
