We've had a lot of Cross RC vehicles on the channel these past years. But this one is special in part because its relatively cheap and still a full-function rig - that's including lights, 2-speed, remote locking diffs and a heavy-duty drive train and steering system. There's a lot to like!<br /><br />But look a little deeper and it isn't all so rosy. ...Well, it still mostly is, but we've had a problem. Just FYI :)<br /><br />Motors:<br />I found the included motor a bit fast for crawling and I wanted better drag brake too. So, I went with a Holmes Hobbies 27T Trailmaster Sport 550. It's pretty much perfect with stock gearing in 2S and 3S. I sealed the vent holes. The metal wheels added about 100g on each corner which helped its crawling, lowering the center of gravity.
