Unfortunately we just got confirmation that the Supreme Court has denied cert to the 10 second amendment cases that were pending before them. After the NYSRPA case, these ten cases were re listed to be heard by the Supreme Court, but they were placed in what seemed to be a habitual holding pattern. Now we have confirmation that they will not hear any of them and cert has been denied.
