This video gives an introduction to Parts-Psychology. <br /><br />It gives a systematic overview of our psychological system focusing on the following questions:<br />- How do overwhelming experiences create lasting emotional and psychological burdens?<br />- How does our Psyche and how do our other parts react to these burdens?
