While the real estate market plays a crucial role in the economy, efforts to stimulate it have been challenged by central banks' actions to control inflation. Interest rates have risen rapidly, causing difficulties for the market. However, it is essential to differentiate between sales volume and sales prices. While they can be related, they are not always connected. Despite the challenges, mortgage rates remain relatively low, offering opportunities for borrowers. Negative interest rates have been present, meaning borrowers essentially get paid to borrow money. <br /><br />However, there is concern that negative interest rates might hinder inflation control.
