Xin Xing aka New Star Broadcasting numbers station. According to <a href="http://short-wave.info" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://short-wave.info</a> this would be V13's first broadcast of the day. The station has been transmitting on AM mode for days now, how long I do not know.
