To be clear, a disclaimer must be prominent and not fine print at the bottom of another sign. Make sure your business protects itself from unlawful mask mandates by providing a disclaimer about the harmful side effects of mask wearing so customers cannot sue you, or update your liability insurance to expect a high percentage of masked customers eventually making claims, once they notice the permanent memory loss.
