Dashcam - Finding A Distressed Driver
Erm, tbh, I don't think I'll ever understand what happened during this event...

On a typical day at rush hour, this is already a fairly difficult slip-road to leave in order to join the major road.

Sometimes, I have encountered another car emerging from the left like this and the road markings indicate that my road position has to give way - which I did.

However, on this particular day I already noticed that things weren't quite right when the driver of the silver car stopped and began punching his steering wheel. at this stage, I Didn't know if he intended on parking there or had stalled. While still in his car, he tried to indicate to me that I should go ahead of him but I found that I couldn't do so due to the amount of traffic on the major road and my limited view of it.

Further, I wasn't expecting him to then get out of his car and approach me directly telling me to go ahead of him. Now, as well as my limited sight of the traffic on the major road, I have him in the road beside me and his car door open ahead of me, with 2 cars behind me trying to turn left. He never touched my car and I never left my car.

Eventually, the guy gets back into his car and takes off into the major road - pushing his way through 3 lanes of traffic.

Please comment on what I may have done wrong or could have done better.
...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DpKKOEdq0NM
