The Sega Master System version is also pretty good, but it only works properly on 50 Hz PAL machines. The Game Gear version supports a 60 Hz refresh, updated UI graphics, and overall presentation, which makes it the better of the two versions.

What impressed me most of all about this conversion, however, is the car handling. The scrolling routine whips along at a fair rate, but you always feel completely in control.

All things considered, this is a great conversion.

#chasehq
#retrogaming
#gamegear
...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oAeCx8N54qc
