Ces croyances ont un mauvais impact sur notre quotidien : elles nous empêchent de nous réaliser, car elles nous font croire que nous n'en sommes pas capables. Aussi, certains de nos actes sont limités par des peurs, de mauvaises habitudes et des erreurs répétitives. Ce coach apporte un regard extérieur à nos problèmes et trouve les solutions pour provoquer le déclic essentiel à un changement de vie. En revanche, il ne se substitue ni à un psychologue ni à un médecin, mais accompagne la personne pour qu'elle puisse dépasser ses limites.
