Since everything is deception, no real root of truth, its hard to come to a conclusion. Often militarized technologies are designed to blend in, spoof, take the attention away from the real objects.<br /><br />Since the climate change narrative seems to be a thing, manipulation of weather by tyrants is plausible. We have witnessed a lot of strange sky and sun, moon anomalies.
