Back in 2008 I used to enjoy listening to Chill FM, I'm addition to the music there was a series of about 8-9 meditation podcasts by Deborah DeVries. Each podcast lasted 10 minutes or less and I always enjoyed using them to relax.<br /><br />With the possible exception of iTunes (which I don't have and so can't check) it's impossible to find these podcasts now as all the links are dead.<br /><br />However, literally earlier today (15th Jan 2019) I found my old iPod and a handful of these were stored on them! 😃✌️<br /><br />I'll upload them all over the next week.
